Technical condition: The board is damaged, the previous service tried to replace/heat the CPU (no red glue, traces of flux).
Most likely the CPU is damaged, the graphics card may be functional. Tests have shown correct CPU and GPU resistances. The resistance of both systems increases after cooling.
