Start-up warranty regulations for laptops

1. General provisions

  1. The Regulations define the rules for granting a start-up warranty for used laptops offered by the Ambition_Partition store, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
  2. The start-up warranty applies only to laptops purchased in the Seller's online store.
  3. The warranty does not cover other products unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of a specific offer.
  4. The warranty does not exclude or limit the consumer's rights arising from legal provisions, in particular warranty rights.

2. Warranty period

  1. The start-up warranty period is specified individually in the description of the specific laptop offer.
  2. The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery of the shipment to the Buyer.
  3. The warranty expires after the period specified in the offer without the possibility of automatic extension.
  4. The warranty may only be extended on the basis of individual written arrangements with the Seller.

3. Scope of warranty coverage

  1. The warranty covers the technical functionality of key components of the laptop, including:
    1. processor,
    2. RAM,
    3. hard drive (SSD or HDD),
    4. graphics card (integrated or dedicated),
    5. matrix (screen),
    6. motherboard,
    7. keyboard and touchpad,
    8. ports (USB, HDMI, etc.),
    9. power supply.
  2. The warranty covers hidden defects that prevent the normal use of the device in accordance with its intended purpose.
  3. In the event of a defect, the Seller may, at its sole discretion:
    1. repair your laptop for free,
    2. replace the device with another one with comparable parameters,
    3. refund the purchase price.

4. Warranty Exclusions

  1. The warranty does not cover:
    1. mechanical damage occurring after purchase (floods, cracks, breakage, etc.),
    2. damage resulting from improper use,
    3. natural wear and tear of the battery (capacity loss),
    4. software problems, viruses, system modifications,
    5. equipment that has been opened by unauthorized persons.

5. Complaints procedure

  1. In the event of a technical problem, the Buyer should contact the Seller before returning the laptop.
  2. The product being complained about must be returned appropriately secured, with a description of the defect.
  3. The seller is not responsible for damage during return transport due to poor packaging.
  4. Complaints are considered within 14 business days.
  5. If the complaint is accepted:
    1. The seller covers the cost of return shipping,
    2. The equipment will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
  6. If the fault is not confirmed or damage not covered by the warranty is detected, the Buyer will bear the cost of diagnostics and return shipping.

6. Final provisions

  1. The warranty does not limit the rights arising from applicable law.
  2. In the event of any discrepancy between the regulations and the content of the offer, the offer shall prevail.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The current version is available on the store's website.
